hope you can help a Dutch friend of mine.
she has a topfield receiver ( think it's a 1000 ci)with a with a matrix cam and a Cable Digital card. her problem is that it can take up to an hour for the card to clear the Dutch channels that she watches ( mainly netherlands 1,2and 3) and a lot of the time it won't clear at all unless she turns off the receiver and turns it back on again. if she goes to a free to air channel and goes back again then the channels are gone also. system is about 3 years old and all came from holland, signal is perfect on all working channels but comes up no signal on the channels that won't clear
any ideas???
