why does it say unable to open com port when i try to use my phoiniox card reader the error code it gives is 123 if this is any help

arer youy using the corect com port that youe serial cable is connected to

go to settings and slect u r comport and make sure drivers installed for usb too

thanks for ur help lads i carnt remember whitch software we wer talking about a mass argument broke out round about the time i was writing but anyway iv now tryd the xnis and it accepted me card i changed the 4 zeros then prest go but it wont work it says priveliged instruction. pls help as thats y we started srguing coz iv been trying 4 days now and not helped her. thanks guys
