Card Read Error Help Please

I HAVE A ATMGA CARD AND CLANZER PROGRAMMER WHEN I TRY TO READ IT IT COMES WITH THIS MESSAGE
just tried to read atmga with nagra using clanzer sk just comes up with errror
Opening of COM1 was successful
ATR String: 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00
00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00
Error, unsupported card type
Closing of COM1 was successful
anyone know where i am going wrong

mate you cant read it in nagrause the minidisks owm software read exteep and then save it to desk top use ATMega_IRD_BoxKey_Reader and open your save eep and read it with that itwill be in the downloads in general cable section
