cant get flash fxp to work

i just flashed gavs new image to my box using image flash assistant then scanned my box but it found nothing so i tried to put my old saved service file on using flash fxp and it says

my ip on box is 192.168.1.3 and on my pc it is 192.168.1.4
i put in flash fxp user name dbox2 password root what am i doing wrong please

the USER is root
and the PASSWORD is either:

dbox
dbox2

or blank.
