Can't find libby or libdenbug

No I ain't a lazzy tw*t before you say it,
I've searched and searched for Libby, but can't find it.
I know it should be in the cable downloads section - but I can't find it.
Can so kind bof put me out of my missery and give me a bigger clue - please.
