Can't access DW

Just got wireless network up and running (1 x pc - 1 x laptop) although I havent got 'em talking to one another yet, I can't seem to access DW on laptop...put in user name & password but get the old "page cannot be found." Yep! heres another novice! Can anybody point me in the right direction? Any help would be appreciated!

can you check that you can ping some internet address's ?

i.e google, digital world, etc etc

start menu, run, type cmd, in the console type ping www.google.co.uk

i would think you have not setup the network correctly yet ?

and you may have digital world in your laptops cache

google seems to be o.k. but DW comes up "request timed out"....

You are putting in

http://www.world-of-digital.com/forums/

as the address?

Had the same problem but damage told me to use this address http://www.world-of-digital.com/forums/index.php? and it worked. God knows why the old one just stopped because it was bookmarked and worked in the past but this should sort the problem

pass the old one used to work for me so I guess something has changed on the board

the old url stopped working when the forum closed to new members for some reason you need to use the index url as above or http://www.world-of-digital.com/forums/
