cann't connect dream

Hi ,

This is my first post and i hope you gius can help me ....

I have a db 500 , and I wanna sort out and edit my channels . I tried to use dream box edit software , every thing was set fine ( I hope ) , however , when i try to FTP my files I got an error says "

There were errors of retreving files from Dream box
Check the log for more information​

I don't know what's wrong with it , although I test the IP connection and it works fine ...


Please help me to connect the dream with the computer
