Hi,

I am having trouble connecting to the 192.168.100.1 diag screen - i have tried 4 different modems with different MACS along with pre-update and updated firmware. Have also tried different ethernet cables too but just comes up with the page cannot be displayed error.

Any help appreciated.

Thanks.

Try usb.
It worked better for me for some reason?
Oh yeah check properties in network setting.
Them boxes are ticked.
Each modem you put on is counted i noticed it doesn't forget the frist one.
Can mess with the settings.

i take it you have powered PC on and off? if so try another computer for a quick test if you have 1. Failing that id try a different network card.

Yeah, this as been going on for a few weeks now.

I have tried another PC and can access it ok, so figure it must be something to do with the settings on my PC, but don't know which/

If you have the network connection icon in the toolbar right click it and repair or alternatively go2 control panel/network connections/ right click whatever connection your using and again click repair if it doesnt repair then you can do the renew ip in cmd prompt mode.
If the repair doesnt work then slap another network card in

hope it helps
