Can you move a subbed box to different house (same area)

Hi,

After leveraging a deal with VM. Did have Xl TV phone & broadband but have since downgraded to phone & BB only with basic TV thrown in for free £25 P/M (gone to sky). I have a tennant that is only about 400 yds away (same symbl rate and FEQ) who want a V+ box. Can I purchase the package under my current arrangements on my house and move the box to the rented house (currently have VM broadband @ rented property) and still get full access to interactive etc.

I beleive as long as it is in the same ubr area(which i should think 400 yards should be) you can.
