can not get the channel list to show on tm6900

can not get the channel list to show on tm6900 i have put the list over it reboots no list just what i scanned my system imfo is .model tm6900+.sw/version/i got 6.43p/may13 2008/hw/version/1.00/boot/version/1.00/ch/version/f010+std001 what do i have wrong i can not seem to bring up the channel list although it says its there what do i need to do and is there a update of any kind i need thanks for any one who can put me on track
