The MOSC tute shows a Phoenix/Smartmouse programmer in use at 3.68mHz.

I have a MiniSDK, and wonder whether I can use that to do a MOSC or not.

I don't have the option for 3.68mHz in the software though, only 3.579mHz, 6.0mHz or 20.0mHz.

If not, then will an "Elvis" do it ????

I am probably going to be getting an Elvis to program a 24LC256 chip from an SA4000, so if I could use that, then it might solve the problem.

If I need a specific programmer, then where is best (cheapest) to get it from. When I looked on eBay tonight, most "Phoenix" programmers didn't list 3.68mHz.

Thanks
Craig

I use a pheonix prog from duolabs. It does just about anything and can be flashed to add functionality later. If your current prog doesn't do 3.68 then it wont do a mosc...... I don't think...... I got mine from Jabsplace I think....

Ur minisdk should be able to program mosc's, Use the 3.579mHz option instead of 3.68 and you'l be alrite.

An elvis programmer wont program Mosc's.

The minisdk will do it no problem m8 just use the software "Minisdk 2.6" or "Minisdk 2.7"" switch to phoenix mode and away you go
