These can be unlocked with third party software. If you are feeling very brave, then do a google for "vygis cracked". This will do most, but not all 8360's. The ones it can't do it "kills".
Any commercial unlock shop that uses SETool, or similar will be able to do this easily for you, and there is no risk of having a paper weight returned as the model is fully supported. £5 - £10 depending where you are in the world.
