Can anyone identify this item and it's value?

Want to sell this but not sure what these are called. Can anyone help me with the name or description so that I may search for similar items before advertising?

I believe that they may be Christmas lights but searching for that brings up the traditional trees as expected.

I would photograph it on it's own up against your white wall as a background. You may be lucky and find it in Google image search.

I thought they were Sunflowers in a wicker vase but couldn't find it in a search.
Just seen this, it's along the same lines but yours' looks better.

Try and get an age on it, are those LED or halogen, etc.

Dimmable, is there anything written on the underside of it, and has the bulb area got any markings.
