can a ts-h943 be unbricked

here is my summary, rom failed to read disk in 360, got new ts-h943, flashed it and all was fine, then got 3 red lights, so put faulty rom back in and sent back to ms for fix. all came back fine working, with a bq drive now :>, flashed the bq n-prob, but bq drive seem a bit dodgy with sum media, so just out curosity wanted to try ts-h943, hmmm, (didnt read enough i think), tried so many times to reflash dont no wat i did wrong, cant read flash, cant write flash, can see drive in dos as extreme, but frezzes when try bad flash method, don't know if relevant but but cant eject ?, so before i try anything else jus thought best to get som advice if poss.

You did not plug the power in the wrong way did you? If you did at any point that kills the drive.
