Caller ID Display & Voicemail

just wanted to check if the Caller ID Display feature and Voicemail are free ?? checked thier website but its not clear.. Im in pure ntl

The answer I think is No !

afaik, there is a charge for both services.

Hope you wasnt meaning to sound rude, you didnt have to mention cable box any where as this is General Cable T.V section

Hi mate, i rang up virgin only a couple of days ago over caller id, im a bit peed that it cost £1.75 a month for something that is now free on the bt network. Ive always had this feature and couldnt live without it now. They said they still charge but if call every 6 months they will credit my account with £10 which more than covers the cost of the feature. Hopefully very soon they will remove the charge after all you wouldnt expect to pay that on your mobile phones whould you.
