Depends if the anologue signal has been turned off or not. I don't think any have as yet, well mine is working via an ariel in the back of the tv, reception is shite though

Im in NW London and i get channels 1-5 by plugging the cable feed into the TV.

but isnt your tv's now digital and dont \/irgin do digital
so my thoughts is yes it will work

i tried it last night just out of couriosity and it didnt work for me got no channels at all

think ur tv needs a cable tuner dvb-c for the fta, quite a few tv's have dvb-c as well as dvb-t.

the evicted boxes will still transmit the freeview channels! and cartoon network 2 for some reason (dbox 2)
