Doesnt pressing OK expand the list?

If not, you might be on a 6.1 image that has an old version of epg importer. It might be an idea to install/flash latest 6.2 image.

Does not expand afraid.

As a trial I have downloaded cross epg and the epg for C4 HD works on that. All I need now is to work out how to change the region on cross epg.

Are you using othee satellites apart from 28.2?

I don't know what you mean by changing regions in crossepg downloader. It only has providers, not regions. Anyway, if you are just using UK/28.2 services......

Uninstall EPG importer to avoid confusion.

In CrossEPG downloader, disable all xml providers.
In CrossEPG downloader, enable OpenTV 28.2. Make sure it has a tick.
This will get EPG data for UK/28.2 services directly from the satellite.
