C&W Image + ROM 11

Hello. Does Anyone Have a ROM 11 C&W Non Au Locking Image that I can download and edit with the Tiers. Also If Anybody Has A Complete List Of Tiers For C&W Area. I would really appreciate if anybody could help me out.

Image + C&W

I Have put the info on the image that iw ant wrong as someone has pointed it out to me. I am looking for a pure C&W image fro rom 11 that i can use to add my tiers and crate a working image using ICE's Tutorial.
