I need some help as to how to obtain a C - Line to get access for premium channels like sky sports and asian packages on satellite?

can someone help me how they went about this? i googled "card share pay servers" but i couldnt find anything suitable telling me how it all works?

Would be grateful if someone can shed some light on this and how I can get it? or an alternative way to set up a dreambox or VU + Box
