CD & DVD burn vts files

Hope one of you nice chaps can help me with this ? i've downloaded a frank sinatra concert and when i open the file it's in the form of 5 vts discs, numbered vts 01 to 05.the complete file is 3.5 gb, what i would like to know is how can i burn this to a dvd for a friend ?I have nero and win avi installed on my comp, if anybody can give me a ''how to'' in laymens terms(cos i'm part idiot) it would be much appreciated.

what Ive seen on a quick google search m8 is that DVD Shrink will bun the files

try this m8

open nero burning rom
choose dvd video in wizard
click new
browse for the files on you hard drive
grag them all over to the video_ts folder
and burn
