Building an External EPG grabber

I'd like to develop the default radiotimes.xml external EPG grabber that came with LT5, to include all available channels for which there is EPG data, and also also associate UK cable channel channels with these to provide a full 14 day EPG across cable and satellite.

To integrate the cable services is straight forward - simply associate the cable service reference with the 28.2 service in the .xml file.

What i'm struggling to get is a complete list of channel ID's for the 28.2 services, so i can write a script to pick up the relevant id.dat file from radiotimes.

Can anyone point me in the right direction. I'll then build the file and post here.

Have a look at my post today on the cable section mate. Working epg for UK cable / sat depending on where you live.
I take it you've got a DM7025 as i've seen your post on another site, but 'm not sure whether you're in the uk or not?
