not been on for a couple of days from my own house
some one cut cables in a junction box feeding my area .
house calls transferred to my mobile but the bt mob in no hurry to repair.
went down thursday and they told me it would be fixed by friday 10 am.

thats it just on and connection slower than it was .:CRYBABY:

will take a few days for the QOS to pick up,happened with me also could be an issue where you cannot see as further faults can develop elsewhere in the main cable causing you probs away from from the initial dammage

when i had no service a few years ago, they diverted my calls to my mobile at no cost to me.

and was told if it was going to be a few days, i could claim a refund on my line rental.

luckily it was only a 14-16 downtime.
