What are the chances of it working?

(Yes I have a 4k TV and Yes I have a HEVC 4k compatible Vu+ Solo 4k)

At the moment it is blank, is this permanently locked like the HD sports?

BT Sport 4K UHD channel to be available on Virgin TV for the first time
For the first time on Virgin TV, BT Sport’s stunning 4K Ultra High Definition channel will be available and broadcasting many major sporting events including the UEFA Champions League and Premier League matches next season

I put a screenshot on for the tech guys that can compare it with the sports HD channel locks. Perhaps someone technie who knows of the extra encryption on the sports HD can tell us if the UHD 4k channel has the same lock.

Yeah noticed that and the resolution stated is 1080P not 4k so i doubt any off the other info is relevant.

The ecm pid's show it's only 1850 in the stream, which means it's for the cardless boxes only, just like itv box office.

That's just my current digibox output set to 1080p. Don't wanna upscale every single thing to 4k

It depends which image you are using, but on my image I go to Information - Service then press Gree to show ECM info

Strange BT HD works perfectly fine on caid 1841 but as stated to get the 4K BT channel you will need an official V6 Box as it is locked to the new caid 1850 and until someone/group cracks/hacks that stream it will be blank

What receiver are you using ?

Very few of the 4K boxes seem to support h.264 on 4K streams.

So far I only know of the Vu+ Zero4K that supports it.
