Network Provider bricked iphone ???

my boy connected my jail breaked iphone to the pc and run itunes to put some music on and he inadvertantly upgraded it to 2.0 , now the bloody phone won't work and i'm having trouble restoring it to 1.14

anybody got any idea's please i'm lost without my phone

I did a similar thing to my ipod once, I had to completely scrub it and connect it to the PC in order to get up and running again.

What is on the screen at the moment, anything?

cheers for getting back to me , I had to downgrade my itunes to 7.5 , then put the iphone in restore mode and reinstall the 1.14 firmware and then jailbreak it again
