Boxracker - Find Transponders??

Hi guys, trying to get box to find new channels like Celtic/Rangers TV but when doing a service scan all I get is the small timer clock in top right of screen rotating but no transponders are being shown. I also have a dbox with sportster image and when doing same the timer clock shows and system finds all the transponders.

Any ideas why the boxcracker does not - all help appreciated.

Download cables.xml and scan.conf from your working box and upload the files to your other box. After that unplug the box , plug it in again and try a scan.

:Cheers: and thanks for your reply - addational info - Boxcracker has all channels just now except for 4 or 5 - any reason why the boxcracker does not scan for transponders? as opposesd to transferring files
