Can someone please remind me how I connect to me Dbox2 with me laptop to edit the bouquets, ta very much

Easiest way of doing it:
1. Ensure that your box is connected properly - i.e. you can access it via FTP, etc
2. Download this software here: http://www.world-of-digital.com/forums/showthread.php?t=56013&highlight=bouquet
3. Install and run it
4. Import your existing bouquet file direct from the dbox
5. Make changes.
6. Click "Save"
The new changes are then reflected on the dbox.
You might have to refresh your channels list (DBOX->Service Menu) or restart your box to actually get the new listing.

The software is great because you can actually SEE what you are arranging, and where everything goes. The channel logos are also a great help as you can then see at a glance what channels are where.
i imported my files and then deleted the channels that i didn't want, then put them back on my dbox and then had no channels ? what am i doing wrong here ? it looks so straight forward ?
