Boot From Usb

need pc to boot from usb, option not available in bios, asrock k78sx.
can disable floppy, disc and hard drive boot sequence and then enable
boot from other devices if first three fail, would it then boot from usb pen drive ?

I think you are out of luck - the manual for this motherboard doesnt seem to describe this option at all.

Perhaps there is an update that allows this?

As karym says, you may be out of luck, but it won't hurt to test it. Just disable all the other boot devices, plug in your usb stick and reboot. The BIOS I'm on at the moment doesn't have a specific USB boot option, it's just got a "Try other devices " setting, which works fine.
