Boom Blox asking to update

Hi,
I have got a copy of Boom Blox (PAL), but Wii keeps asking to update when game is inserted, update fails?
I have the 1.9 update.
Console showing v3.0

any ideas?

Update the console online so it's on 3.2E then try again with the game.

It could also be a bad burn or faulty DVD not reading the update properly on the console. Try a new DVD and burning again at a slower speed

im trying to get this game to work using a wiifree but im getting the 001 error, anyone know if there is a ppf patch out for this the same as mario kart and SMG, iv looked around the net but cant seem to find it.

am sure wiifree suport ended ages(lol i mite be wrong its just that i went from wiifree to yasoim lol) ago i think its yasoim now
