Blue TiT 1 o's

Can any one tell me wot the tit1 o's should be as the titnium soft as come up sat that i have a un suported os and can not rite to the card.

O's on the card at the minet is 1.06 .

use card progger for tit 1 and 2

same thing happened to me , i just erased the card then it told me tha it was a tit with o/s 1.06
