Blokada - Problem with ZTE Blade A5 2019

Hello my friends,
I have a ZTE Blade A5 2019 cell phone.
Android version 9

I installed blokada against ADS.
Unfortunately, the program always crashes.
I already disabled the battery optimization and auto control.

When the phone going to sleep modus the app blokada crash.

Does anyone have a tip how I can solve the problem?

No, the phone is original with Android 9.
I haven't made any changes.
