Bke 2.2 error when connecting with jtag

anyone know what causes this error when i try to jtag Sammy 2100c with Bke 2.2:


'Runtime error '53':

File not found: VBtargetAccess.dll'

Did a search on my PC for that file, running XP, and found VBTargetAccess.dll in C:\Windows\System32. Drop it in there.

Click Start, then click Run, type the following
regsvr32 C:\windows\system32\VBTargetAccess.dll
