If theres no video then you are obviously after the audio from the bin file. You can use Magiciso like Baaheeduk said to extract any data thats in the bin file.
Use magiciso or Isobuster to extract the mpeg from the bin file. Run the program and open bin file in it and go to the mpegav folder and extract the mpeg from it, it will extract it as a file called avseq01.dat, just change the .dat to .mpg and then convert to avi with the likes of winavi or convertXtodvd. On some programs there is an extract mpeg option and you wont need to change it from .dat.
Maybe vcdgear will do it as Rat said...havent used that in donkeys years.
Remember that BIN file is CD image file. In order to play it you need to get at its contents. You can either
- burn it to CD
- use software to either extract the data from the image (e.g.. UltraISO)
- mount the BIN file (alcohol 120)
- find playback software that support playback from BIN file (PowerDVD ?)
