had loads of delays and probs when i tried to change to sky bb, now waiting for aol to reconnect, having to use dial up, so think hard about going to them, they haven't performed at all and have consistantly not told me the truth about the order status and then after 30 days said the whole process had to start agin, not very impressed, i would like to know if others use sky or have had similar problem s trying to get on?
