Best budget printer?

Hi guys, I have no clue about printers not used one at home in about a decade. Looking for something cheap and cheerful that has cheap ink and can print colour and images in a decent fashion. Looking for a budget printer for a little upstart business son need to keep costs low as possible

Best going for a HP printer and get some compatible ink cartridges

It wouldn’t be printing day to day just for comp slips, stickers etc probably used for half a hr a week max

Print off a test colour black white page at least every other day so it doesn't dry and clog up otherwise you'll end up wasting more ink flushing it
