Hi,

At the moment have a load of DS games on my vista machine that are named such as:

0001 call of duty eu

however if I look through the list I could also have

1045 call of duty us

Anybody know of a good program to perform a batch file rename...

Basically I want the 4 digit number removed from the start of the filename

Cheers

Alternatively, I believe Vista has an improved shell language that can probably do this sort of thing, but I've never used it so I couldn't tell you how.

Get yourself a linux boot CD and post back.
