bad password detected

Hi guys, I am trying to get the BK/ IRD from a titanium 2 card. It is my cusins and they brought it from a trader, it has since gone of and i cant get it to read using my USB Unlimited in Phoenix mode. get I get the following in:

It then pops up a window asking for a backdoor password.

I am still fairly new to this and hope i have provided enough information, but if not please tell me.

PS. I also tried BoxGetPC2 but no luxck in geting the BK

The only way to get BK FROM TIT card is to run a script called saveep in winex program.
