Back Door Keys

When using one of the ROM images from here and just as you go to write to the card it says "Invalid Backdoor Key" I have looked at the code space and sure enough the entries are empty, do I need to enter the original backdoor keys from the original card image I took or do you not write them back and just use the image asis once putting the correct BK and IRD in

e.g what rev/rom the card is
Also have u unlocked the card or is it unlocked.

Card

Card was R11 boc I glitched it in about a hour, I have written the original keys back to it and then read it back all seems fine however in nagraedit when you read it back the ird is gone, has it been erased by the reading routine ??
