for some reason i cant get shut of the blacked out channels , whats the latest abm cfg ?

Are you using AB 28.2 or ABM? Autobouquets 28.2 and AutoBouquetsMaker are different plugins.

If AB 28.2, show a screenshot of the settings page for AB 28.2.
if ABM attach debug log showing ABM run.

I would like to make two category's with this plugin. The free to air bouquet and a category with bt sport and prem sport.

Is it possible to do adapt the plugin to do this?

You can scan in FTA mode, but that will not and keep hold of the viewable channels or those with incorrect encryption flags.

There is no need to adapt the plugin. You just have to make use of one of the features it has had for several years. You will have to create a custom sort file. If you want help to do this,

1. Post a screenshot of the settings page of AutoBouquets 28.2
2. Attach a list of all the official channel numbers you want in an FTA bouquet
3. Attach a list of all the official channel numbers you want in the Sports bouquets
