I recorded a lecture over the weekend on my new digital voice recorder.

The sound quality is clear but there is a hissing sound and echoing.
Is there any software on the market I can obtain that can easily remove the echo/hissing sound?

Thanks!

Audacity is free and has all sorts of plug-ins and works to 32bit 96khz studio quality. You can also have upto 16 channels for multi track recordings. It does hiss and hum removal, also scratch removal for recording old vinyl.

Best of all it's totally free so no need for dodgy cracks or serials.

i prefer adobe audition...
but if you have nero installed (most people do )
you will already have a little programme called nero wave editor ?
that also will do all you need and very easily too .
