Audi navigation plus rns-e

hi guys does anyone know of a way of updating a built in sat nav on an Audi?
All the info I have is Audi navigation plus rns-e sw:0650 hw:h75.

Ok, does anyone have a copy of the DVD required? I will be looking when I get to a lappy. I'm on holiday at the mo and the wife is rationing my phone time.
