attention pop up!!!

Hi guys v media have just updated and had to re programme my au fun again.
Since this virgin update a pop up attention screen cums up every time i change channel saying "your mart card dosent seem to be in" got all my channels but this pop up is really annoying because i have to keep preesing ok twhen flicking channels.
any help on how to get rid of this pop up? cheers lads

ye mate take the card out give it a few seconds and put it back in should be ok then
