Atmel 8888 Prob

Hi

I have a 1000 box which is a bit tempromental, it shows a combination or err1, err2 and err4, as well as 8888. This seems to be a bit random when it is switched on. Thus i'm pretty sure its and atmel prob, they probably need reflowing.

Currently the box is just showing PAT.

I have a question, if I am able to pickup terrestrial channels (1,2,3,4) via the box, would this still indicate that there is a atmel problem.

Depending on your configuration you might be getting those channels via the loopthrough on the box.
