hello just bought a cable box with an atmega autoupdate card. Within a week the card was goosed. I managed to reprogram the card thanks to the tutorials on here.

I was told that ntl had blitzed the hex files that the card uses to autoupdate, but what happens if they do this again where do you get the new hex files??????

we would get the fix's from this forum, or others alike
be prepared to wait though

how exactly did you reprogram the card ?
have you got it auto updating again ? (you should share the hex file with us if it is)

hex

I dont know if it is autoupdating i only done it last night using a tutorial and software from h**p://www.spinzone.org search for atmega tut

Just had a look at it, and the tutorial is from June this year, so it will not be AU.

We keep on searching, and hoping, and dreaming, and praying, and waiting, and ...........

Never mind. It will appear, sooner or later (I hope).

Nice to see live links to other forums m8, you will be popular ...... lol

I just edited out the link.... please be careful what you post in the future :)
Also, I notice that you have started two threads on the same topic
- one thread is enough and will get you the most response.

Also, no need to ask: "where can i get the latest autoupdate hex", if its here
then its here, and you'll be able to find it by hitting the search button ;)
