argon chip

i want to but the argon solderless chip to clip it in place and play away but i want to know where is the best place to buy one from ?
also
how do i install at the same time as the chip the jtag thing to hide it under the memory card flap for ease of updating there isnt any tutorials i can find on installing the jtag thing it would be freat if anybody can show me how to do this and where to buy all the things i would need from thanks in advance.

i say the argon chip as everybody seems to say it is the best one and the best on to be future proof thanks
