Are all laptop harddrives screwed in ?

Are all laptop harddrives screwed in ? and are there all standard size what kind of screwdriver do i need to remove the hard drive out of a dell any help ?

Just a small star screwdriver will do, it should be in a compartment with it own cover on it, just remove the cover and it should just slide out, sometimes the is a wee ribbon bow on them to pull it back, if not just slide it back with your fingers, they just push in, there wont be any screws holding it in.

yes the drive sits in its own caddie. You should be able to take the caddie out of the laptop and unscrew the drive.
