APPS on SD?

Firstly I need a 16-32gb sd card, can any of you recommend me the fastest one on the market compatiable with the Desire?

Secondly I want to be able to setup a partition on my sd card so all my apps are used off my sd card, so when I have simulataneous apps running in the background, it doesn't slow my froyo down. Any one know how to achieve this pls?

Some apps will ask where to put the instal, some you can move using apps to sd from the market place but not all can be moved...

as for a 16gig card Scan.co.uk: 16GB Kingston SDC10/16GB MicroSD Class10 with SD adaptor

class 10 is fastest but tbh I would go for cheapest at around £30 quid

What apps2sd are you talking about? The built in 2.2 or custom Rom on which runs off ext partition?

Its the one provided in a custom rom via mod aco

Not running custom rom, its on market place as apps2sd

With 2.2 the dev needs to allow it to be put to SD. With custom tons just make a ext 3 partition and it should auto install to it

its a pure pain... thought with 2.2 official update, it was pretty straight forward.. out of all apps, I can only move a few..

You can only move the ones which are enabled by the dev, although it still caches on internal memory
