How do I access the gateway to check the 'HFC IP' on my aol broadband 200 modem.
I've connected the modem directly to the PC and set to auto get ip and dns but it failed, so I manually set the ip and dns to - 192.168.100.2 and 192.168.100.1.
Even with manually set I cannot access the server page (192.168.100.1) through IE?
Funilly enough when I set the Lan to ip - 192.168.1.2. and gateway/dns to 192.168.1.1 and connect the router to the pc and modem to the router, it all works but I keep getting dropped every 1minute.
Any ideas?
