Anyone got any inputs when TVE are going to launch their new package?

I read back in December that TVE were going to launch a new service in January on satellite to cover areas not capable of receiving Spains terrestrial freeview. It would have had TVE1 & 2 and there themed channels like Classico and Clan 50. They were also hoping Antenna 3 and Telecinco would sign up. But since then I haven't been able to find any updates on the launch date, so does any member on here who maybe based in spain have any updates on the launch of this service?
