Anyone changed a Fridge/Freezer seal?

I have a Hoover Nextra A-Class fridge freezer and the door seal has split on the door opening. I want to take it off and turn it upside down so the split is on the hinge side.

Anyone know how to get it off?

I'm sure that would work but then I will have the problem of getting it back on again?

just pull and look behind does it fit into a grove or is it stuck on
if in grove pull out and when refitting push it back if stuck you would be better using evostick (contact addhesive)

Or it is probably glued in.... if thats so then a new door only ;(

Well I pulled it out, and it was a right git to get back in the groove. Still not sure it is 100% right

Next time I'll leave it. Haven't got the patience to sit and try and force it in 1cm at a time
