Hi everyone,
We moved into an office about a year ago which has a Lutron Homeworks QS system installed in it along with Lutron lighting and motorised blinds. This was a novelty at first as using the keypad wall controls or an app on your phone you can turn the lights on/off and raise/lower the blinds. It seems a very over-engineered solution but given it was free as the previous tenant installed it and left it all behind that was fine by me.
Recently we've hit a couple of snags though:
1. One of the blinds refuses to raise/lower itself more than about 6 inches from around the 75% lowered range. I've changed the batteries in the blind but it makes no difference.
2. The desktop keypad no longer works as when you press any of the buttons all of the lights on the keypad light up and nothing happens in terms of raising or lowering the blinds.
Does anybody on here have experience with Lutron and any advice they could share?
Cheers,
Billy
